- A student who was previously under foster care.
- A member of the household is married and able to file a joint tax return.
- Household consists of a single parent and his/her dependents, where neither the single parent nor their children are dependents of another individual.
- At least one member of the household receives assistance under Title IV of the Social Security Act (i.e.TANF)
